Global Family Properties (GFP) is a full service property investment company that was founded on the idea of assuring a great home experience for short-term rental clients, while maintaining great local homes on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and Maryland.

The primary business activities of GFP are property investment and improvement, with a focus on providing short-term rental accommodations for travelers to the area. Our team also believes in the value of saving local homes to maintain the great feeling of local neighborhoods. There is much about the charm of these established properties that brings visitors back again and again. We focus on design that improves the customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of property maintenance and care.
